Razza Shah

Razza Shah is a geoscientist, subsurface professional, and app builder working across low carbon project development, oil and gas, and subsurface software.

BORIS

BORIS is the umbrella for current work in projects, consulting, apps, and practical AI.

Through BORIS, Razza works on low carbon project origination, subsurface consulting, app development, and practical AI. It is the current home for the combined technical and creative sides of his work.

AI for Everyday

A recent initiative focused on practical, accessible AI.

AI for Everyday is a Rhode Island effort to help people explore AI tools in simple, practical ways without needing a technical background.

It reflects a current part of Razza’s work: teaching basic and useful AI adoption in a way that is welcoming, informal, and grounded in everyday life.

Carbon Capture

Recent work has focused on CCUS, low carbon infrastructure, and early-stage project development.

Most recently, his work has centered on carbon capture and storage, low carbon infrastructure, opportunity screening, and early-stage project development across the United States, combining subsurface judgment with strategic and commercial awareness.

Oil and Gas

Earlier career work was in reservoir characterization, development geology, and subsurface interpretation.

Earlier in his career, Razza worked across oil and gas roles involving reservoir characterization, development geology, subsurface modeling, and field-focused interpretation, building the technical foundation that informs his work today.
